View the members within the team

On the members page, you can view the members within the team. The members are displayed in a list, and you can view the basic information of each member, such as their name, role, department, and status.

List members

Creating a member

On the members page, click the "Add member" button in the top right corner of the page.

Adding a member

After this, you will enter the form page for creating a new member. The explanation of the fields involved in this form is as follows:

  • Name:

    The name of the member, which is required and can be up to 60 characters long.

  • Email:

    The member's email will be used as the login account.

  • Password:

    The member's login password. The password must contain at least 8 characters, including at least 1 letter and 1 number.

  • Department:

    Please select the department the member belongs to.

  • Status:
    • Active: Member can use the TeamBrowser normally
    • Inactive: Member cannot use the TeamBrowser normally
  • Role:

    Please select the member's role; different roles have different permissions. Learn more about "Roles"

  • Profiles limit:

    The maximum number of profiles allowed to be created by this member. 0 for no limit. Please note that the total number of profiles created by all members must not exceed the total number of profiles that your team has purchased.
